Inbound Fax Rates

FlyDoc enables you to easily and economically receive faxes via email. Rates are made up of a per page fee, a monthly subscription fee and a setup fee. Rates are determined based on the zone⁽¹⁾ from which the recipient fax number belongs to. This service is only available with the FlyDoc Agreement.

Per Page Fee

This fee applies each time you receive a fax and corresponds to one page only, and includes email notification of received fax.

Monthly Subscription Fee

This fee applies every month from the beginning to the end of the contract. It corresponds to one fax number only.

Setup Fee

This fee applies only once, for the installation of the service. It corresponds to one fax number only.

For example: if you choose a fax number in the United States or Canada (zone 1), you will be charged $0.1000 for every page you receive, you will pay a monthly subscription fee of $13 and a one time setup fee of $13.
