Email news release to contacts
I like emailing with FlyDoc because I can create a document in MS Word and the email preserves my formatting. The email looks like a press release, but it’s not an attachment or an HTML email. My contacts like the email format too! |

Mail case study to analysts
The designer has finished the new layout of our recent case study. I use FlyDoc to mail a copy of the case study, along with a cover letter to my key contacts. After I complete the mail merge I send my print job to the FlyDoc printer. In the FlyDoc wizard I attach my PDF and choose the parameters for full color and a flat envelope. I preview each document before sending and I schedule the delivery to coordinate with our new product launch. |

Email press materials to marketing team
I’ve created a lot of materials for an event to promote our new product launch. I need to email them to our marketing team and some outside contacts; unfortunately my company has email limitations. By using FlyDoc, my email is sent securely and doesn’t tie up my company’s bandwidth. |

Check FlyDoc Manager
Another benefit to using FlyDoc is the ability to track document delivery. I can be confident that my mail, fax and email reached the recipients because the reports are available online and in real-time. I can even drill down on emails to check when and how often they are opened. Sometimes I have wrong information. The FlyDoc Manager makes it easy to find these files, correct them and resend them. It saves me a lot of time on follow-up calls and data cleansing.
