From any application running on Microsoft Windows (Word, Adobe Acrobat, business application, etc.), the FlyDoc virtual printer sends your documents in one click to one of the Esker production centers in order to prepare and send your postal mail and faxes.

Using your computer, create your document in your favorite application, then print the document with the FlyDoc printer.

The FlyDoc sending wizard will open allowing you to choose your sending options (envelope size, color or black & white, etc.) and then send your document.

Your document is transmitted to one of the Esker production centers where it is printed, folded, stamped, and placed in the hands of the postal service. If you have chosen to send a fax, your fax is immediately sent.

Once your documents are submitted, you can track the status of your documents using the FlyDoc Manager all the way to their destination.

Installing the FlyDoc printer

Setting up the printer is extremely simple and installs the print driver and program necessary for transferring your documents on the Esker server.

To install the FlyDoc printer, you must have administrator rights on your computer.

Create your own virtual printer

To speed up the process of sending your documents, you can create a sending scenario to memorize the sending options that you frequently use (for example, my dunning letters, my monthly reports, etc.). Once created, you can send similar documents by choosing a sending scenario in the FlyDoc printer sending wizard or by directly printing your document using a printer with a preconfigured scenario personalized to the sending options you would like to execute.
