General

• How do I sign up?
  Start saving today by purchasing a FlyDoc Pack using your credit card, or call your dedicated Account Manager to open a FlyDoc Agreement.
• Can I start using FlyDoc right away?
  Yes. Open a FlyDoc Agreement or purchase a FlyDoc Pack and your account is automatically created.  You will receive an email with your username and password.  Simply log onto FlyDoc and begin sending your mail, fax, and emails today.
• Can I use FlyDoc on another computer?
  Yes. FlyDoc is accessible anywhere in the world.
• How much does FlyDoc cost?
  With FlyDoc, you only pay for what you use!. Each time you send postal mail, fax, or e-mail your account will be debited. If you would like to know more about FlyDoc rates, please view the rate tables.
• Do you offer special discounts for non-profit organizations or universities?
  Yes.  Documentation and a FlyDoc Agreement are required.
• How long does it take to install the FlyDoc virtual printer?
  2 minutes! It’s as easy as a regular printer.  This is optional and the only software you will need to install on your computer.  All other operations occur via a direct and secure connection to FlyDoc.
• Is it necessary to have a DSL or a Cable connection to use FlyDoc?
  It is strongly recommended. You are transferring your documents to via secure internet. If the documents are very large, you may run the risk of a slow connection when using a 56k modem.
• Which internet browsers are compatible with FlyDoc?
  FlyDoc is fully compatible with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
• Can I change from a FlyDoc Pack to a FlyDoc Agreement?
  Yes. We advise a FlyDoc Agreement if you plan to send documents on a regular basis. In addition a FlyDoc Agreement brings additional benefits such as deeper discounts based on expected volume and monthly invoicing.
• Can I use FlyDoc services on a Mac?
  You can create and send postal mail, fax, and email directly from the FlyDoc Manager.  However the FlyDoc virtual printer can’t be installed on a Mac.  Thus, Mac users will not be able to send document directly from word processing software offering the capability of a mail merge.

Fax

• Can I send faxes to several destinations?
  Yes.  You can send faxes by the thousands as easy as clicking print, sending an email, or logging online.  You can even fax directly from any Windows application or utilize the Microsoft Word mail merge function to add personalized content.
• How do I know if my fax arrived to its destination?
  The FlyDoc Manager offers you an easy to use online interface with real-time tracking to follow your fax messages.  You can also select the option to receive an email notifying you of a delivery success or failure when you send your faxes.
• How do I receive a fax?
  FlyDoc provides a personalized 1-800 fax number for your account.  Inbound fax to your 800 fax number(s) will be placed in your FlyDoc Manager and routed to the email address(es) of your choice as a TIFF or PDF file.
• I already have a fax number, can I use it with FlyDoc?
  Yes. This requires a FlyDoc Agreement in order to re-route your existing number to a hosted number on FlyDoc.

Postal Mail

• Do I have to provide a minimum amount of letters?
  Not at all! You can send 1 or 20,000 at a time.
• When can I preview my letters?
  Simply click the Preview button for an online PDF of your letters before you send them.
• Can I sign my letters?
  Yes. You can add a digital signature directly in your document.
• How long does it take to process and hand my letters to the Postal Service?
  All documents sent with FlyDoc receive the best efforts for same day delivery to the Postal Service.
• What kind of documents can I send?
  Marketing campaigns, invoices, data sheets, trade show announcements, statements, promotions, quotes, product data sheets, event notifications, investor relations, thank you letters… FlyDoc specializes in standard letter size documents in both black and white and full color. Security

• Are my documents secure?
  Yes.  All files are transferred by secure internet, HTTPS.  FlyDoc utilizes SSL 128 bit encryption, considered as the safest on the market, and the norm for banking transfers.  With FlyDoc your documents stay your business.  For more information, view Our Commitment.
• Is my information protected?
  The server platform supporting FlyDoc is hosted in data centers and monitored 24/7.  These secure server data centers are climate controlled for temperature and humidity with backup generators meeting all fire and safety regulations.  For more information, view Our Commitment.
